There is a direct connection from Brussels Airport to Geraardsbergen.
The station is 15 minutes of walking from the venue.

If you are coming by car, there will be parking available around the venue. Please find below more information about parking safely and close to the venue.
ACCOMODATION
Wildfest has a couple of rooms available at the Ibis and the Youth Hostel. You can book these via us at better rates. Please reach out to us if you are interested by using our contact page.
Hotel Ibis in Aalst
Hotel Ibis is a 3 star hotel located in the city of Aalst, next to the motorway and about 20-25 minutes located from the venue. So you need a car to get to the festival and back to the hotel.
Wildfest has a special rates for a limited amount of rooms available. If you are interested in booking the Ibis hotel please reach out to Wildfest to see how we can help you.
In any other case prices are mentioned on the Ibis website and you can book directly.
Youth hostel ‘t Schipken in Geraardsbergen
A modern youth hostel located in a holiday parc at about 6-7 minutes driving from the venue. Rooms available for 5, 6 and 8 persons so ideal to get low cost accommodation with a group of friends. Each room has a private fully equipped bathroom.
Prices for the rooms range from 300€ to 500€ for the weekend, depending on the number of beds. Approximately 60€ per person for the entire weekend (at full capacity of the rooms), breakfast included.
Holiday Bungalows Geraardsbergen
In the same holiday parc we also have some holiday bungalows available. They are located near the lake in the centre of the holiday parc. The bungalows are available for 4, 6 or 8 persons. The biggest bungalows have 2 bathrooms available, the other ones have 1 bathroom. Inside the bungalows there is a mix of twin/double beds and bunk beds, sheets are included.
Prices go from 350€ to 550€, depending on the size of the bungalow. Check in is on Friday, check out on Monday (also possible to check out on Sunday ofcourse). Breakfast is not included but you will find a shop in the holiday parc where you can get everything you need.
A shuttle from the bungalows to the venue and back will be provided.
